Wat Tha Sai
A striking seaside temple built entirely from teak wood, with intricate carvings throughout and a large Buddha image carved from white jade. Set amidst peaceful pine forests, with the sea within view — a quieter, more contemplative visit than most temple stops.
Wat Suwan Khuha
Nestled inside a limestone cave, this temple is known for its large reclining Buddha and a quietly serene atmosphere, with smaller chambers leading off the main cave for further exploration and meditation. A very different kind of temple experience from Wat Tha Sai's open seaside setting.
